Ingredient Research
Explore the Research Behind the Ingredients
We believe wellness information should be transparent. Explore published research concerning selected ingredients used in Shape Xs.
Research presented here concerns individual ingredients and should not be interpreted as clinical proof of the finished Shape Xs formulation unless a study specifically evaluated Shape Xs.
Evidence Transparency
What the Evidence Does — and Doesn't — Tell Us
Ingredient vs. Product
Studies cited here evaluated individual ingredients, often at specific doses and in specific formulations. These findings cannot automatically be applied to the finished Shape Xs multi-ingredient product.
Dose Differences
Research studies may use doses, extract concentrations or delivery forms that differ from those in Shape Xs. Results from a study using a particular dose do not necessarily predict outcomes at a different dose.
Individual Variation
Supplement responses differ between individuals based on genetics, health status, diet, activity level, age and other factors. No universal outcome can be predicted.
Lifestyle Factors Matter
Healthy weight management requires attention to overall diet, calorie intake, physical activity, sleep quality and other lifestyle factors. No supplement replaces these fundamentals.
